UV Radiation Curing System Surface Control Additive, Anti-Blocking Anti-Graffiti Additive, Printing Ink Anti-Blocking Agent

With reactive acrylate functional groups, suitable for radiation curing systems, can crosslink into the polymer network structure, thus permanently fixed on the coating surface. Excellent leveling, surface slipperiness, and tape release properties. Suitable for solvent-free UV radiation curing systems; solvent-based UV coatings; other acrylic resin systems. BD-2750 is more suitable for reverse varnishes; BD-2780 is more used for anti-blocking and anti-graffiti.

Application Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage: 0.1-3% based on total formulation

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification: 25Kg plastic drum, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed, light-proof place. Shelf life: 12 months.
