Release agent for polyurethane products, epoxy resin products, carbon fiber products

This product is specially designed for demolding high-end polyurethane products, epoxy resin products, and carbon fiber products. It is heat-resistant and has excellent lubrication performance. The active ingredient can withstand temperatures up to 220℃. No smoke at high temperatures, no carbonization, no residue. High demolding efficiency, low dosage, and the demolded products have a bright and clean white appearance.

Application Recommendations

• For epoxy resin products, dilute 50-55 times for use, one application can continuously demold 5-6 molds; Diluent: 120# solvent gasoline
• For polyurethane products, apply undiluted crude oil, one application can continuously demold 15-17 molds;
• Lubricant for silicone rubber gaskets;

This product requires testing or verification before production use.

Taboos

Prohibited from contact with alcohol solvents. Use with caution when mixing with other additives. The risk of such products is that the demolded products may affect subsequent coating, painting, and gold plating. Tests or inspections should be conducted before industrial production. To solve later processing issues, ensure thorough post-cleaning.

Packaging and Storage

Transportation and storage. Packaging specifications: 25Kg, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry place with sealed lid. Shelf life: 12 months.
