Product Performance
- Non-traditional white carbon black reinforcement, moderate system viscosity, good flowability;
- High tear strength, high elongation at break;
- Platinum-catalyzed vulcanization, environmentally friendly, safe, and non-toxic;
- Good self-adhesion to various plastics such as PET, PC, PI, no primer required before bonding.
Application Areas
High tear-resistant silicone products, self-adhesive silicone rubber, etc.
Usage Method
- Use mechanical stirring for A/B mixing or static mixer;
- Clean instruments and equipment before use; substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may inhibit curing;
- Can be cured and molded in the temperature range of 40-150℃;
- Can be vulcanized at medium temperature above 130℃ to ensure complete vulcanization, but for thicker products, note that overly fast curing may cause bubbles;
- Post-cure properties depend on curing conditions; test before curing to find optimal conditions.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 1Kg and 25Kg, customizable per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place.
