Polyether Silicone Defoamer, Water-based Coating Defoamer, Metal Working Fluid Defoamer

This product is a high-efficiency defoamer with 100% active content. Particularly suitable for conditions with high temperature, acids/bases, or shear forces, where sustained defoaming and anti-foaming activity is required. It has excellent heat resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and chemical stability, and can be widely used in various harsh systems over a wide temperature range for foam elimination and suppression.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended Dosage: 50-500ppm based on total formulation

• Addition Method: For spot defoaming, dilute to below 60% first, then dilute 10-40 times with water to working solution. Use working solution as prepared. Addition in systems subject to testing.

Precautions

Since this product has 100% active ingredient, direct use in working solutions hinders dispersion, so generally dilute the defoamer before use. Diluent can be water (or foaming liquid) at 20-35℃; while stirring the defoamer, add the required diluent amount to obtain a uniform dispersion 5 times or more. This makes dosage control easier and more economical.

This product can also be directly mixed with alkaline powders like detergents (defoamer addition amount calculated by test or reference concentration), without affecting defoaming performance.

Application Fields

This product has wide applications, mainly for defoaming in acid leaching, alkali leaching processes, oil extraction, metal cutting fluids/processing fluids, and harsh strong acid/strong alkali environments. Also suitable for biological fermentation and general defoaming like papermaking, wastewater treatment, etc.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification: 25Kg paint bucket, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
