Alkyl Silicone Oil, Silicone Leveling Feel Agent, Abrasion-Resistant Additive
Miscible with mineral oil in any proportion, with excellent lubricity, oil solubility, abrasion resistance, defoaming, and anti-stick properties. Improves extreme pressure lubricity of general silicone oils. Adding a small amount to mineral oil yields modified high-quality, high-value specialty oils, enhancing high and low temperature resistance of mineral oils.
Suitable for mold release of plastics, rubbers, PU products; metal lubrication; defoaming and leveling in foaming systems like coatings, latex, printing inks; also for daily chemical products.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula

Addition method: Suggest adding in the later stage of formulation. For ease, dilute with suitable solvent first.

Precautions
Mixing with dimethyl silicone oil results in turbidity. May appear turbid at low temperatures, becomes clear upon heating, does not affect use.

Packaging and Storage
Transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized. Cool, dry, sealed storage. Shelf life: 12 months.
