Silicone Leveling Agent, High-Temperature Resistant Leveling Agent, Plastic Coating Leveling Agent

High-temperature resistant leveling agent. Effectively reduces the surface tension of the system, promotes leveling, improves substrate wetting, and prevents cratering. Has better baking resistance than silicone leveling agents.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, dilute with appropriate solvent first.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

Recoatability should not be an issue in most systems. Although it has release and anti-stick effects, there are more optimized choices for emphasizing this function. Conduct tests or inspections before industrial production.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification is 25Kg plastic drum, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed, light-proof place. Shelf life is 12 months.
