Silicone Wetting Agent, Anti-Blocking Aid, Acrylic Resin Wetting Agent, Printing Ink Wetting Agent

This product contains multi-modified polysiloxane. With low viscosity and low surface tension, it provides excellent spreading, wetting, and penetration properties, making it a new type of high-efficiency silicone additive.

This product imparts good spreading, wetting, and enhanced adhesion to challenging substrates such as glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and other high-gloss packaging materials. It is particularly suitable for surface control and adhesion improvement in acrylic resin coatings, and also enhances flow and leveling, recoatability, and gloss retention. Applicable to water-based, UV-curable, traditional solvent-based, and high-solids coatings.

This product has excellent compatibility, is easily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, dichloromethane, etc., and can be dispersed in water.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula

• Addition method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or post-added after production. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics; can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

Keep this product away from high temperatures. Due to its reactivity, avoid tool contamination during batching.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
