High-Temperature Resistant Silicone Oil, Spinneret Plate Silicone Oil, Release Agent for Synthetic Fiber Products

A high-temperature resistant silicone oil with excellent heat resistance, can be used continuously at 260℃, up to 300℃ for short periods. Used as release agent for synthetic fiber spinnerets, and other high-temperature lubrication applications such as tire molding release agents, engineering plastic molding release agents, etc.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended Dosage: Conventional aerosol can ratio, no special requirements.

• Solvent Types: Benzenes, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

• Emulsification: For water-based release agents, can be emulsified with suitable emulsifiers into aqueous emulsions.

Precautions

Solvent dilution stability of this product is generally no issue, but formulation tests are still recommended. After emulsification, stability must be checked.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification: 25Kg plastic bucket, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
