Aluminum Die Casting Release Agent Crude, High-Temperature Release Agent Crude, Release Agent

This product is specially designed for high-end aluminum die casting release, with high temperature resistance and excellent lubrication performance. Active ingredients can withstand up to 360℃. High release efficiency, low dosage, and the released products have a bright, clean white appearance. Widely used in various tonnage die casting machines, especially suitable for machines above 500T. For demolding other products, it can be diluted with hydrocarbon or aromatic solvents to make oil-based release agents.

Application Recommendations

• As aluminum alloy die casting release agent, emulsify first before use. Emulsion active content 15%, working solution 100-150 times dilution. Consult our application technology department for emulsifiers and emulsification methods.
• As release agent for synthetic fiber spinnerets, high-temperature oil for atomized silicone oil on spinneret plates in fiber factories;
• Plastic product manufacturing: demolding polyurethane, epoxy resin, PVC products; (dilute 30-60 times)
• Other high-temperature lubrication applications such as tire molding release agents, engineering plastic molding release agents, etc.

Precautions

Risks of similar products include release efficiency, mold contamination, and post-processing performance. Optimization via comparison with similar products. For small die casting machines, this product may be overkill. Methods to improve cost-performance:

• Reduce addition ratio
• Add polyethylene wax as compatibilizer to reduce high-temperature requirements and cost. Addition ratio: this product : polyethylene wax (net content ratio) = 2:1

Use with caution when mixing with other additives.

Packaging and Storage

Can be transported and stored as non-hazardous material. Packaging: 190Kg iron drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place under sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
