Aluminum Die Casting Release Agent, High-Temperature Resistant Modified Silicone Emulsion, Release Agent

This product is specially designed for high-end aluminum die casting release, with high temperature resistance and excellent lubrication performance. The active ingredient can withstand temperatures up to 360°C. No smoke at high temperatures, no carbonization, no residue. High release efficiency, low dosage, and the released products have a bright and clean white appearance. Widely used in aluminum die casting machines of various tonnages. Particularly suitable for die casting machines above 500T.

Application Recommendations

• For aluminum alloy die casting release, dilute to 400-600 times use;
• Release for rapid hot mold forming products. Plastic products, including rigid polyurethane foam parts, epoxy cast transformers and fiberglass PVC sheaths, PU product release. Dilute 20-30 times;
• Rubber products, PU ester elastomers, including rubber pads and backings for blankets and mandrels for packaging materials. Dilute 20-40 times;
• Lubricant for rubber gaskets;
• Release for high-grade concrete products.

Precautions

Risks of similar products lie in release performance, mold contamination, and post-processing performance. Optimization scheme is comparison with similar products. For small die casting machines, using this product may result in excess quality. Methods to improve cost-effectiveness:

• Reduce the addition amount of this product
• Add polyethylene wax as a compounding agent to reduce high-temperature resistance requirements and costs. Addition ratio, this product: polyethylene wax (net content ratio) = 2:1

Taboos

Prohibited from contact with alcohol solvents. Use with caution when mixing with other auxiliaries. Demulsification will occur below freezing point.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25kg, 200kg plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.
