Organosilicon Leveling Agent, Anti-Graffiti Additive, UV Coating Anti-Stick Agent

Organosilicon surface additive specially developed for easy-to-clean coating systems. This product contains reactive OH functional groups, which can form chemical bonds with resins, enabling the film surface to achieve permanent effects of water repellency, oil repellency, reduced dust adhesion, and improved washability of the coating film. This product is also used to improve anti-graffiti and anti-stick properties.

This product is designed to enhance substrate wetting, leveling, surface slipperiness, water resistance (anti-whitening), anti-blocking, and weather resistance. Therefore, when evaluating this product, there is no need to add any other surface additives. If necessary, it is recommended to conduct tests with sequential additions.

Suitable for two-component coating systems, high-temperature baking systems, and UV-curable coating systems. Used in industrial coatings, can coatings, wood and furniture coatings, 3C coatings, leather coatings.

Applicable reactive resin systems: two-component polyurethane, alkyd-melamine, polyester-melamine, acrylic-melamine, acrylic-epoxy mixtures, and phenolic resins.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.5-5% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, it can be pre-diluted with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Hydrocarbons, ethers, esters can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

This product is not suitable for water-based systems.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed, and light-proof place. Shelf life: 12 months.
