Silicone Defoamer, Printing Paste Defoamer, Water-based Ink Defoamer

This product has excellent defoaming, foam elimination, and foam suppression functions. Due to special pre-treatment of the siloxane, it has good dispersibility, offering better defoaming performance than general silicone oils while also providing the long-lasting foam suppression of silicone surfactants.

Precautions

Avoid long-term storage of diluted solutions.

Application Fields

This product is suitable for defoaming in almost all water-based systems, such as agrochemicals, fermentation, papermaking, metal working fluids, cleaners, etc. When used as an auxiliary in water-based coatings, it reduces foam generation during application.

Taboos

Avoid high-shear mixing during dilution. Prone to breaking emulsion with alcoholic solvents. Prone to breaking emulsion below freezing point. Exercise caution when combining with other chemicals.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 50 kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.
