Silicone Leveling Agent, Automotive Paint Leveling Agent, Anticorrosive Coating Leveling Agent
Additive for controlling surface tension of liquid phase materials. Mainly used in various coating-type resin paints. Reduces system surface tension, promotes leveling, enhances substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and improves surface slip and gloss. It is a high-performance universal leveling agent.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

Addition method: Can be added at any stage of production. For ease, dilute with appropriate solvent first.

Precautions
Recoatability should not be an issue in most systems. Although it has release and anti-stick effects, there are better optimized choices for emphasizing this function. May have foam-stabilizing effect on the system. Consider adding defoamer during formulation trials. Or recommend switching to BD-3033-6. The risk of such products is causing cratering. Users should focus on this when selecting similar products. Conduct tests or inspections before industrial production.

Packaging and Storage
Transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized. Store sealed in cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months.
