Polyether Silicone Defoamer, Petroleum Extraction Defoamer, Metal Cutting Fluid Defoamer
This product is a high-efficiency defoamer with 100% active content. It is particularly suitable for applications under high temperature, acid/alkali, or shear force conditions where sustained defoaming and foam suppression activity is required. It exhibits excellent heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical stability, and can be widely used for foam elimination and suppression in various harsh systems across a broad temperature range.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 50-500 ppm based on total formulation.

Addition method: For on-site defoaming, first dilute to below 60%, then dilute 10-40 times with water to prepare working solution. Prepare working solution as needed. Addition to the system should be based on testing.

Precautions
Since this product has 100% active ingredients, direct addition to working solutions hinders dispersion, so it is generally pre-diluted before use. Use water (or foaming liquid) at 20-35℃ for dilution. While stirring the defoamer, gradually add the required diluent to obtain a uniform dispersion at 5 times or more dilution. This facilitates easier control of addition amount and is more economical. This product can also be directly mixed with alkaline powders such as detergents (defoamer addition determined by testing or reference concentration conversion), without affecting defoaming performance.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 25 kg paint drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.

Standard contents: 60% and 100%, or customizable above 15% per customer request.
