Polyether Silicone Defoamer, Petroleum Extraction Defoamer, Metal Cutting Fluid Defoamer

This product is a high-efficiency defoamer. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring sustained defoaming and foam suppression activity under high temperature, acid-base, or shear force conditions. It has excellent heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical stability, and can be widely used for foam elimination and suppression in various harsh systems over a wide temperature range.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 50-500 ppm based on total formulation.

• Addition method: Dilute with 10-20 times water to make working solution. Add to the system based on testing.

Precautions

This product after dilution is not suitable for long-term storage.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25kg coating drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.

Remarks

The conventional content of this product is 15%, or products with more than 15% content can be customized according to customer requirements.
