Silicone Defoamer, Release Agent, Textile Dyeing and Finishing Defoamer, Wastewater Treatment Defoamer, Water-based Coating Defoamer

This product has excellent defoaming, foam elimination, and foam suppression functions. Due to special pretreatment of the silicone oxyalkane, it has better defoaming performance than ordinary silicone oil, and also possesses the long-lasting anti-foaming and foam-suppressing properties of silicone surfactants.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 50-500 ppm based on total formulation

• Addition method: Dilute with 10-20 times water first, then add to the foaming scenario. It is recommended to use the diluted solution on the same day.

Precautions

If the defoamer is too viscous and floats on water making it hard to dilute, add a small amount of water to the defoamer first and stir evenly, then add water in small amounts while stirring. After the system is diluted, it becomes easy to uniform by adding a quantitative amount of water. The dosage of this product can be flexibly controlled and supplemented as needed.

Application Fields

This product is suitable for defoaming in almost all water-based systems, such as fabric dyeing and finishing, wastewater treatment, papermaking, fermentation, papermaking and metal working fluids, cleaners, and other aqueous systems. This product can also be diluted 10-30 times as a release agent for rubber products. Dilution method same as above.

Taboos

Avoid high shear mixing during dilution. Prone to demulsification when encountering alcohol solvents. Prone to demulsification below freezing point. Use with caution in combination with other chemicals.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 50kg plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Shelf life: 6 months.
