Silicone Leveling Agent, Anti-Fog Agent, Polyurethane PU Leather Leveling Agent
Mainly used as an additive to control the surface tension of liquid phase materials, for various coating-type resin paints and inks. Reduces the system's surface tension, promotes leveling, improves substrate wettability, prevents cratering, and enhances surface slipperiness and gloss. It is a high-performance general-purpose leveling agent.
- Adding to PU leather coating systems improves leveling, anti-stick properties, and handfeel.
- Agricultural film anti-fog agent. Combined with drip agents as plastic masterbatch pelletizing additives, then mixed with ordinary pellets for blown film, can produce greenhouse films with anti-fog function.
- Glass anti-fog.
- Above cloud point, has excellent defoaming performance. Suitable for defoaming in high-alkaline metal cleaning spray processes above 60°C.

Application Recommendations

For PU leather coating systems, add 0.05-1% of total formulation. For agricultural film anti-fog agent, add 0.2-0.3% of total formulation. For glass anti-fog, use 1-2% diluted solution in water.

Solvent types: Alcohols, hydrocarbons, ethers, esters can all be diluted in any ratio.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification: 25Kg plastic drum, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
