Agricultural Silicone Adjuvant, Silicone Wetting Agent, Penetrant, Agricultural Silicone Synergist

This product has extremely low surface tension, excellent spreading, penetration, and rainfastness properties, making it the best-performing agricultural chemical synergist currently available. Its effects are far superior to ordinary surfactants such as JFC, azone, and thiozone; it has lower phytotoxicity and environmental hazards compared to ordinary fatty amines and ethoxylated alcohols, greatly reducing adverse impacts on humans and the environment.

This product can be used as a spray modifier, foliar absorption aid, activator, etc., and is widely used in herbicides, foliar fertilizers, growth regulators, insecticides, and fungicides. It does not decompose the active ingredients, significantly reduces the surface tension of the solution, decreases the contact angle between droplets and leaves, enhances the wetting, adhesion, and spreading ability of the spray on plant surfaces or pest bodies, thereby improving efficacy.

Application Recommendations

• Can be directly added to formulated pesticide formulations or used as a tank-mix adjuvant for on-the-spot mixing.
• In pesticide formulations, dosage is between 0.5-5.0%.
• For on-the-spot tank-mix, dosage is 0.02-0.04% (i.e., add 3-6g of BD-3077 penetrant to a 15kg sprayer).

Precautions

When adding to pesticide formulations, conduct efficacy decomposition tests. This product is most stable under neutral pH conditions. During spraying operations, strengthen personal protection, especially eye protection.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg plastic drum, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
