Silicone Wetting Agent, Oilfield Fracturing Drainage Aid, Oilfield Additive

This product has extremely low surface tension and high surface activity, with good spreading, penetration, and emulsification/dispersion properties.

In oilfield fracturing and acidizing operations, the well fluid must be rapidly and thoroughly discharged to the surface after completion to avoid secondary formation pollution and achieve production/injection increase. BD-3078 drainage aid provides good wettability to the oil layer, greatly reducing the surface tension of the fracturing fluid and oil-water interfacial tension, minimizing fluid resistance, facilitating rapid flowback of the fracturing fluid, reducing residual volume and time in the oil layer, thereby minimizing damage to the oil layer, enhancing fracture conductivity, and achieving better production increase. Additionally, this product has good compatibility with other additives and is widely used in acidizing, unblocking, and enhanced oil recovery techniques besides fracturing.

Application Recommendations

• In oilfield fracturing and acidizing operations, adding BD-3078 drainage aid to fracturing or acid fluids can rapidly and efficiently reduce interfacial tension, increase interfacial activity, facilitating smooth injection and rapid, thorough flowback of well fluids.
• When preparing fracturing or acid fluids, directly add the drainage aid proportionally to the fluid and stir evenly.
• For acidizing, unblocking, and enhanced oil recovery, follow formulation tests.

Precautions

At low temperatures, this product may become cloudy or crystallize into a solid; fully dissolve with hot water bath before use. When using water as diluent, preferably use deionized water. Typically, dilute to 5% aqueous solution.

Packaging and Storage

Can be transported and stored as non-hazardous material. Packaging: 25Kg/200Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place under sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
