Silicone Leveling Agent, Defoaming Type Leveling Agent, Printing Ink Leveling Agent
An additive used to control the surface tension of liquid phase materials. Mainly used in various coating-type resin paints. Reduces the system's surface tension, promotes leveling, improves substrate wettability, prevents cratering, and enhances surface slipperiness and gloss. It is a high-performance general-purpose leveling agent. This product also has defoaming function and smooth handfeel.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

Addition method: Can be added at any stage during the production process. For easier addition, dilute with a suitable solvent first.

Precautions
This product should not cause recoatability issues in most systems. Although it has release and anti-blocking effects, there are more optimized choices for emphasizing this function.
