High-Temperature Resistant Silicone Oil, Metal Lubricant Oil, Plastic Lubricant Oil

This product is suitable for long-term use in -40℃ to 300℃ environments, with a short-term maximum temperature resistance of 360℃. It has excellent lubrication performance and compatibility with hydrocarbon oils, effectively improving the self-lubrication of metals and plastics. It can be compounded with hydrocarbon-based high-temperature resistant lubricating oils (greases). It can also serve as a high-temperature heat transfer medium.

Application Recommendations

As a heat transfer medium, recommended for use in enclosed environments. In open environments, a small amount of volatile gases may be produced at initial high temperatures, causing unpleasant sensations. This odor diminishes over time. For compounding with lubricating oils (greases), conduct stability tests first.

Precautions

Volatile gases produced at high temperatures are non-toxic. However, protective measures are recommended.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 25 kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
