Silicone Leveling Feel Agent, Coating Feel Agent, Wear-Resistant Additive

This product is a high molecular weight polyether-modified polysiloxane designed to impart a special smooth feel to coatings. It excels in improving coating gloss, providing excellent smoothness and wear resistance, and outstanding anti-blocking properties. It also performs well in promoting leveling, enhancing substrate wetting, and preventing cratering. It is a high-performance comprehensive additive.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formula

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For best results, add during grinding if process conditions allow. Dilute with a suitable solvent first for even dispersion.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.
