Silicone Leveling Feel Agent, Coating Feel Agent, Abrasion Resistance Additive

Additive used to control surface tension of liquid-phase materials. The main feature of this product is its excellent dry feel. It also excels in effectively reducing system surface tension, improving substrate wetting, enhancing surface slip and anti-scratch properties, anti-blocking, improving leveling, increasing gloss, and preventing Bénard vortices.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Aromatics, alcohols, aliphatics, aromatics can be used in any ratio for dilution.

Precautions

Risk of this type of product causing cratering or whitening. Users should focus on this when selecting similar products. Conduct tests or inspections before industrial production. This product can also be compounded with BD-3033 for better anti-craftering performance. May have foam-stabilizing effects on the system. Consider adding defoamers during formulation tests.

Packaging and Storage

Can be transported and stored as non-hazardous material. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place under sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
