Silicone Surface Control Agent, Silicone Surfactant, Leveling and Slip Agent

An additive used to control the surface tension of liquid phase materials. This product efficiently reduces the surface tension of the system, improves substrate wetting, and possesses excellent leveling and spreading properties. It significantly eliminates cratering effects caused by solvent evaporation and ensures no substrate exposure even at extremely low film thicknesses. Additionally, it provides surface slip, scratch resistance, anti-blocking properties, and enhances gloss.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended Dosage: 0.05-2% based on total formulation

• Addition Method: Can be added at any stage during the production process. For ease of addition, it can be pre-diluted with suitable solvents.

• Solvent Types: Can be diluted in any ratio with benzenes, alcohols, alkanes, and aromatics.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging specification is 25kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months.
