Silicone Leveling Agent, Anti-Graffiti Additive, UV Coating Anti-Stick Agent

Silicone surface additive specially developed for easy-to-clean coating systems. This product contains reactive OH functional groups that can form chemical bonds with resins, imparting permanent effects to the coating film surface: water repellency, oil repellency, reduced dust adhesion, and improved washability. It is also used to enhance anti-graffiti and anti-sticker performance.

This product is designed to improve substrate wetting, leveling, surface slip, water resistance (anti-whitening), anti-blocking, and weather resistance. Therefore, when evaluating this product, no additional surface additives are needed. If necessary, conduct tests with incremental additions.

Suitable for waterborne two-component coating systems, high-temperature baking systems, and UV-curable coating systems. Used in industrial coatings, can coatings, wood and furniture coatings, 3C coatings, and leather coatings.

Applicable reactive resin systems: two-component polyurethane, alkyd-melamine, polyester-melamine, acrylic-melamine, acrylic-epoxy mixtures, and phenolic resins.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Alcohols, hydrocarbons, ethers, esters can be used in any ratio for dilution.

Precautions

When applying in waterborne systems, pre-dilute with hydrophilic solvent.

Packaging and Storage

Can be transported and stored as non-hazardous material. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place under sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
