Silicone Leveling Agent, Leveling Agent, Spinning Oil Additive, PU Leather Leveling Agent

Additive used to control surface tension of liquid materials. Mainly used in various coating resin paints. Reduces system surface tension, promotes leveling, improves substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and enhances surface slip and gloss. It is a universal leveling agent with excellent compatibility.

This product also has foam-suppressing properties to prevent foam stabilization. It improves the wetting and spreading of pigments or fillers, making the coating finer and more stable, and promotes the oriented alignment of matting agents.

Suitable for various industrial coatings and PU leather. Excellent performance in hydrophilic treatment of ion exchange membranes.

Can also be used as internal release agent for plastic products and additive for spinning oils.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of production. For ease of addition, dilute with appropriate solvent first.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

This product cannot completely replace oil-based defoamers. For rapid defoaming, add diluted BD-FT-50 separately.

Packaging and Storage

Transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized. Store sealed in cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months.
