Silicone Leveling Agent, PU Leather Leveling Agent, Spinning Oil Additive, Silicone Wetting Agent

Additive for controlling surface tension of liquid materials. Mainly for various coating resin paints. Reduces surface tension, promotes leveling, improves wetting, prevents cratering, enhances slip and gloss. Excellent compatibility general-purpose leveling agent.

Also has foam suppression, prevents foam stabilization. Improves pigment/filler wetting and dispersion for finer, stable coatings; promotes matting agent orientation.

Suitable for industrial coatings, PU leather. Also as internal release agent for plastics, spinning oil additive, water-based release agent.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula

• Addition method: Any stage of production. Dilute with solvent for ease.

Precautions

Cannot fully replace oil-based defoamers. For fast defoaming, add BD-FT-50 dilution; for water-based, use BD-3037-15. Stir uniformly before use.

Packaging and Storage

Transported and stored as non-hazardous. 25Kg drums or custom. Cool, dry, sealed. Shelf life 12 months.
