Silicone Leveling Agent, Leveling Agent, Plastic Product Release Agent, Spinning Oil Additive

Additive used to control surface tension of liquid phase materials. Excellent compatibility with hydrocarbons and their emulsified systems. As a coating leveling agent, it also improves feel, resists substrate oil contamination, and defoams. When added to daily chemical product systems containing mineral oil, it has good affinity with mineral oil, significantly improving lubrication, gloss, and feel of the product.

This product can also be used as an internal release agent for plastic products and spinning oil additive.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of production. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

This product cannot completely replace oil-based defoamers. For fast defoaming, additionally add diluted BD-FT-50 for defoaming.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in cool, dry, sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
