Carbon-Hydroxy Silicone Oil, Reactive Leveling Agent, Feel Leveling Agent, Silicone Abrasion-Resistant Additive

This product has an active carbon-hydroxy structure. The carbon-hydroxy group can react with organic polymers (such as polyester, polyurethane, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, etc.), improving the kneading processability, leveling, demolding, gloss, lubricity, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, and hydrolysis resistance of organic polymers. Maintains a smooth and bright coating with lasting effect.

Application Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formulation

Precautions

This product has reactive activity, prevent contamination and deterioration. It may cause turbidity in acrylic resin systems. For clear systems, conduct precise formulation experiments.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification is 25Kg plastic drum, or customized according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed, light-proof place. Shelf life is 12 months.
