Silicone Wetting Agent, Screen Printing Ink Wetting Agent, UV Curable Coating Wetting Agent

This product is a novel wetting agent. Unique chemical structure with extremely low surface tension; excellent substrate wetting properties, effectively prevents cratering and improves leveling; excellent resin compatibility, does not stabilize foam in aqueous systems; does not enhance slip or affect recoatability. Suitable for solvent-based coatings, inks, UV systems, water-based coatings, water-based inks, adhesives, etc.

This product has good compatibility, easily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, dichloromethane, etc., and dispersible in water.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.2-3.0% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or post-added after production. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in cool, dry, sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
