Silicone Surfactant, Silicone Wetting Agent, Acrylic Printing Paste Coating Wetting Agent

This product is a wetting agent with defoaming function. Functions include:

1. Strongly reduces dynamic and static surface tension.
2. Improves substrate wetting, promotes spreading, resists oil stains, prevents cratering, improves leveling.
3. Excellent resin compatibility, suitable for water and oil systems, with certain defoaming properties.
4. High efficiency. Very low addition amount yields excellent effects; it is a new type of high-efficiency silicone additive.

This product is suitable for decorative and industrial coatings on inks, plastics, metals, and wood. Used as a wetting agent and adhesion promoter in water-based, UV-curable, traditional solvent-based, and high-solids coatings, it also improves flow and leveling, recoatability, and gloss retention. Performs particularly well in water-based PU systems.

This product has good compatibility, is easily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, dichloromethane, etc., and can be dispersed in water.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or post-added after production. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place with sealed lid. Shelf life: 12 months.
