Silicone Leveling Agent, Silicone Surfactant, Leveling Agent, Plastic Coating Leveling Agent

Additive for controlling surface tension of liquid materials. Mainly used in various coating resin paints. Reduces system surface tension, promotes leveling, improves substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and enhances surface slip and gloss. Excellent general-purpose leveling agent. Suitable for coating systems with ester solvents, with good feel.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formula

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of production. For ease, dilute with suitable solvent first.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, esters, aliphatics, aromatics, any ratio dilution.
