Silicone Tactile Leveling Agent, Anti-Scratch Leveling Agent, Abrasion-Resistant Additive for Floor Coatings, Tactile Agent for Appliance Coatings

This product is specifically designed to enhance abrasion and scratch resistance after resin film formation. It also controls the surface tension of liquid-phase materials to promote leveling and improve surface smoothness and gloss. This product is suitable for various coating-type resin paints. When used in appliance paint formulations, it provides a smooth and warm tactile feel with excellent recoatability.

Application Recommendations

  • Dilute with solvent (xylene/ethylene glycol monophenyl ether 7/2) to 12.5% for use.

Precautions

This product prioritizes recoatability; users should still conduct tests or inspections before industrial production. If recoatability is not required and tactile feel is the priority, BD-3038 can be selected for comparison, with slipperiness levels available from low to high as needed.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25 kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 12 months.
