Silicone feel leveling agent, anti-scratch leveling agent, epoxy floor coating abrasion-resistant additive

Anti-scratch leveling agent. It can effectively reduce the surface tension of the system, promote leveling, improve substrate wetting, and prevent cratering. At the same time, it enhances surface slip and gloss. Compared with BD-3307, it has better feel and anti-scratch properties.

Particularly suitable for epoxy floor coatings, solvent-based and solvent-free (two-component) systems.

Helps with defoaming.

Application Recommendations

• Can be added as is or pre-diluted before adding to the paint. Pre-dilution with recommended solvents simplifies addition and mixing.

• Addition amount: 0.1-1.0%

• Solvent types: Aliphatics and aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions

When experimenting with formulations, focus on system compatibility and recoatability. If not ideal, try BD-3037 or the new BD-3037.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry place with sealed lid. Shelf life: 12 months.
