Terminal Hydroxyl Fluorinated Polyether Silicone Oil, Fluorine-Containing Leveling Agent, Fluorosilicone Surfactant

Reactive hydroxyl polyether-modified fluorosiloxane. Reacts with isocyanates to incorporate organic fluorosilicon into resin systems as block or graft copolymers, significantly improving solvent resistance and anti-fouling properties. Reduces surface tension, enhances substrate wetting, improves water resistance, surface hydrophobicity, oil stain resistance, and reduces dust accumulation.

Suitable for two-component solvent-based polyurethanes, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine resin systems; comprehensive modification of polyurethane coatings, PU leather, and similar composite coatings.

Application Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage: 0.05-3% based on total formula for solvent systems; 0.5-5% based on resin for resin modification.

  • Addition method: For PU modification, add with polyols during prepolymerization or later. For coatings, add directly or dilute with solvent first.

  • Solvent types: Alcohols, esters, aliphatics, aromatics, any ratio dilution.

Precautions

Prioritizes system compatibility, tends toward matte feel. For emphasized dry feel, try BD-3253. Higher fluorine content version BD-3365F-15 available on request.

Transported and stored as non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized. Cool, dry, sealed storage. Shelf life: 12 months.
