Silicone Surfactant, Silicone Feel Agent, Leather Feel Agent, Leather Slip Agent

Special modified organic polysiloxane. As a PU leather feel agent, it provides a delicate and dry touch without affecting the transparency and gloss of the bright layer. Can be used in leather finishing, hair conditioners, and solvent-type polyurethane release agent.

Application Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage: 0.01-1% based on total formulation for coatings, 0.05-2% for conditioners, for polyurethane demolding dilute this product 40-60 times with solvent before use.

  • Addition method: Recommended to add in the later stage of formulation. Pre-dilute with suitable solvent before addition to facilitate uniform dispersion.

  • Solvent types: Aliphatics, aromatics can be used in any ratio for dilution.

This product is designed for topcoats. If recoatability is required, conduct tests first to confirm feasibility. This is a non-reactive feel agent. Test first to confirm if long-term feel retention meets requirements.

Packaging and Storage

Can be transported and stored as non-hazardous material. Packaging: 25Kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place under sealed conditions. Shelf life: 12 months.
