Silicone Leveling Agent, Silicone Surfactant, Leveling Agent, Anti-Oil Contamination Leveling Agent

This product is specially designed for coatings to resist substrate oil contamination. When the substrate is contaminated with silicone oil or grease that is difficult to completely remove, it causes issues such as poor adhesion, pinholes, and craters in the coating. Using this product effectively resolves the above problems. This product also features excellent leveling and recoatability performance.

Application Recommendations

  • Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula for solvent-based systems; water-based systems may use an appropriately increased dosage.

  • Addition method: Can be added at any stage during the production process. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

  • Solvent types: Water, alcohols, aromatics, hydrocarbons; can be diluted in any ratio.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Packaging: 25 kg plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
