Silicone Leveling Agent, Silicone Surfactant, Leveling Agent, Polyurethane Coating Leveling Agent

Additive used to control surface tension of liquid-phase materials. Mainly used in various resin-based coating systems. Reduces system surface tension, promotes leveling, improves substrate wetting, prevents cratering, and enhances surface slip and gloss. It is a high-performance universal leveling agent suitable for coating systems containing ester solvents, with good feel.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition method: Can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with a suitable solvent.

• Solvent types: Water, alcohols, esters, aliphatics, aromatics can be used in any ratio for dilution.

Packaging and Storage
