Silicone Slip and Abrasion Resistance Additive, Waterborne Coating Anti-blocking Agent, Waterborne Ink Feel Modifier

Utilizing the company's latest microcapsule emulsification technology, this product emulsifies ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone polymers into nano-scale microemulsions, maintaining excellent emulsion stability even at high dilution ratios. It significantly reduces the coating's coefficient of friction (COF), prevents blocking, and enhances surface slip and abrasion resistance. Suitable for waterborne coating and waterborne ink systems.

3482X contains a built-in thickener, providing superior dilution stability.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended Dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

• Addition Method: This product must be diluted with a small amount of water (in several portions) under stirring until the desired concentration is reached before incorporating into the system.

Precautions

This product is restricted for use in waterborne systems only. Protect from freezing. Diluted solutions should not be stored for extended periods. A known risk for this class of products is the potential for cratering. Users should prioritize this during product evaluation. Conduct trials or testing prior to industrial production.

Packaging & Storage

This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Standard packaging is 25kg coating pails, or customized per user requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed environment. Shelf life is 6 months.

Contraindications

Mixing with alcohol solvents is prohibited. Use caution when mixing with other additives.
