Silicone slip and abrasion-resistant additive, water-based coating anti-blocking agent, water-based ink feel agent

This product uses the company's latest microcapsule emulsification technology to emulsify ultra-high molecular weight silicone polymers into nano-level microemulsions, and it still has excellent emulsification stability at high dilution ratios. It can significantly reduce the friction coefficient of the coating, prevent sticking, improve slip feel and abrasion resistance. Suitable for water-based coatings/water-based ink systems.

3482X itself contains a thickener, thus having better dilution stability.

Application Recommendations

• Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formula

• Addition method: This product must be diluted and stirred with a small amount of water (in multiple additions) to the desired concentration, then incorporated into the system.

Precautions

This product is limited to use in water-based systems. This product must be protected from freezing. Diluted solutions should not be stored for long periods. The risk of such products is causing cratering. Users should focus on this when selecting similar products. Tests or inspections should be conducted before industrial production.

Packaging and Storage

This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications are 25Kg paint buckets, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry place with sealed lid. Shelf life: 6 months.

Taboos

Prohibited to mix with alcohol solvents. Use with caution when mixing with other additives.
