Silicone Surfactant, Leveling Agent, Anti-Stick Release Aid, Dry Process PU Leather Feel Agent
This product is a customized anti-stick release aid for PU leather slurries. It has excellent compatibility with PU resins, does not easily migrate, resulting in minimal residue on release paper, making it highly effective for multiple reuse of release paper. For deep fine-texture release paper, it enhances penetration, increases texture立体感, provides soft gloss with dry waxy feel without greasiness, excellent wetting, leveling, and spreading, effectively preventing production defects such as watermarks, water streaks, water spots, dragging lines, oil spots, etc. It also improves resin color development and effectively prevents color floating.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation

Addition method: Dispersible in water, soluble in oil. Dosage 0.02-3% based on total formulation. Add before curing agent. No special addition requirements, stir thoroughly.

Solvent types: Alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.
