Silicone leveling agent, silicone wetting agent, water-based coating defoamer
This product is a gemini structure-modified silicone wetting agent. It strongly reduces dynamic and static surface tension; improves substrate wetting, promotes spreading, resists oil stains, prevents cratering, improves leveling; excellent resin compatibility, suitable for water and oil systems, good defoaming performance. Very low addition amount achieves excellent effects, it is a new type of high-efficiency silicone additive.
This product is suitable for decorative and industrial coatings on inks, plastics, metals, and wood. Used as a wetting agent in water-based, UV-curable, traditional solvent-based, and high-solids coatings, it also improves flow and leveling, recoatability, and gloss retention. Especially suitable for high-speed spray applications.
This product has good compatibility, easily soluble in methanol, isopropanol, acetone, xylene, dichloromethane, etc., and dispersible in water.

Application Recommendations

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% based on total formula

Addition method: Can be added during grinding or stirring, or post-added after production. For ease of addition, pre-dilute with suitable solvents.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specifications: 25Kg plastic drums, 200Kg plastic drums, or customized according to user requirements. Store in a cool, dry place with sealed lid. Shelf life: 12 months.
