Product Features

  • Non-conventional silica reinforcement; moderate system viscosity with excellent flowability;
  • High tear strength and high elongation at break;
  • Platinum-cured, environmentally friendly, safe, and non-toxic;
  • Excellent self-bonding properties to various plastics such as PET, PC, and PI without the need for priming.

Applications

  • High tear resistance silicone products, self-bonding silicone rubber components, etc.

Processing Method

  • Mixing can be performed via mechanical stirring of A/B components or by using a static mixer;
  • Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned before use; contact with substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may cause cure inhibition;
  • Curing can be performed within a temperature range of 40-150°C. Vulcanization at medium temperatures above 130°C is recommended to facilitate complete cross-linking; however, for thicker sections, care should be taken as rapid curing may lead to air entrapment/voids;
  • The final properties of the cured material depend on specific curing conditions. It is recommended to perform pilot tests to determine optimal curing parameters.

Packaging & Storage
