Product Features
- Moderate system viscosity with excellent post-mixing flowability, easy de-airing, and extended pot life;
- Excellent adhesion properties to TPU, PU, acrylic, and similar substrates;
Applications
Silicone rubber overmolding and composite products.
Instructions for Use
- A/B components can be mixed via mechanical stirring or static mixers;
- Thoroughly clean all equipment before use; contact with substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may inhibit the addition-cure reaction;
- Curable within a temperature range of 40-150°C;
- Increasing the curing temperature significantly accelerates the cure rate; however, for thick-section components, excessive curing speeds may lead to air entrapment and bubble formation;
- Final physical properties are dependent on curing conditions; it is recommended to perform preliminary testing to establish the optimal cure profile.
Packaging & Storage
Available in 1kg and 25kg units; custom packaging available upon request. Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment.
