Two-component Addition-cure Liquid Silicone Resin
Chemical Composition: Two-component addition-cure liquid silicone resin
Product Introduction & Core Advantages
BD-8070 is a high-performance two-component addition-cure liquid silicone resin, specifically designed for industrial applications such as electronic packaging and specialty mold making.
- Excellent Processing Performance: The system features moderate viscosity, good flowability after mixing, and easy de-airing, facilitating the potting and molding of various complex structures.
- Superior Physical and Mechanical Properties: Once cured, it exhibits high modulus and high elasticity with a dry surface, providing reliable mechanical structural support and protection.
- Safe and Environmentally Friendly: Utilizes a platinum curing system, which is environmentally safe and non-toxic, with no by-products released during the curing process.

Applications
- Electronic Packaging: Potting protection for precision electronic components and modules.
- Mold Making: Fabrication and replication of various industrial molds.
- Specialty Products: Specialty silicone parts requiring high modulus and high elasticity.
Instructions for Use
- Mixing: A/B components can be mixed using mechanical stirring or a static mixer.
- Curing Conditions: Curing and molding can be achieved within a temperature range of 40-150°C. Increasing the curing temperature can significantly shorten the curing time; however, for thick products, care should be taken as rapid curing may lead to bubble formation.
- Prevention of Inhibition: Clean all equipment and tools before use. Substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may inhibit the curing reaction (i.e., "silicone poisoning").
- Condition Testing: The performance of the cured product depends on the curing conditions. It is recommended to perform tests prior to full-scale use to determine the optimal curing conditions.
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging Specifications: 1kg and 25kg, customizable according to user requirements.
- Storage Conditions: Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
