Silicone Leveling Agent, Polyurethane Coating Leveling Agent, Polyurethane Uniform Foaming Agent
This product is a reactive leveling agent. It can graft onto polyurethane resin through reaction of its hydroxyl groups with isocyanate (-NCO), achieving long-lasting effects. In addition to excellent leveling, anti-craters, and substrate wetting properties, it also features anti-blocking and release aid, smooth feel, improved scratch and wear resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and enhanced breathability and moisture permeability.
This product is suitable for comprehensive modification of polyurethane coatings, PU leather, and similar composite coatings.

Application Recommendations

Recommended Dosage: 0.05-1% based on total formulation for solvent-based systems, 0.5-5% based on resin solids for resin modification, 0.5-5% based on total formulation for water-based systems

Addition Method: For polyurethane modification, add together with polyols during prepolymerization or later stage. For coating modification, add directly; for ease of addition, dilute with suitable solvent first.

Solvent Types: Water, alcohols, alkanes, aromatics can be diluted in any ratio.

Precautions
This product prioritizes system compatibility, so feel expression is slightly insufficient. If special emphasis on feel is needed, try BD-3253 as alternative.
Packaging and Storage
This product can be transported and stored as non-hazardous chemicals. Packaging specification: 25Kg plastic bucket, or customized per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry, sealed place. Shelf life: 12 months.
