Polyether-modified silicone as a uniform foaming agent serves as a foam control additive in polyurethane foaming systems, and its application in both chemical foaming and mechanical foaming has become very mature. However, due to the 'one-pass' nature of polyurethane foaming processes, there are special requirements for the precise control of uniform foaming agents in aspects such as cell size, uniformity, density, open-cell rate, and skin formation. Therefore, selecting uniform foaming agents requires multiple compatibility tests and adjustments. It is best to achieve 'one agent per formulation' for various recipes.
