Product Performance
- Low viscosity, high transparency, high flowability, and easy de-airing;
- Dry and non-tacky surface after curing;
- Eco-friendly, solvent-free, odorless, low viscosity, and easy to process;
- Long pot life for the mixture at room temperature (≥24 hours);
- Excellent substrate adhesion.
Application Fields
- High-Power / Automotive-Grade LED Encapsulation: Used for high-power white LEDs and flip-chips; withstands high temperatures and intense blue light irradiation while suppressing lumen depreciation;
- COB Dam-and-Fill Potting: Used in conjunction with damming adhesives to encapsulate bare dies, absorbing thermal stress and protecting precision bonding gold wires;
- Automotive and Precision Optical Sensors: Optical window protection and weather-resistant sealing for rain sensors, light sensors, and LiDAR;
- Near-UV (UVA) Optoelectronic Encapsulation: Withstands 365–405nm UV wavelengths without significant yellowing or embrittlement.
Application Method
- A/B components can be mixed via mechanical stirring, two-component dispensing machines, or static mixers;
- Clean all instruments and equipment before use; substances containing tin salts, amines, or sulfur may inhibit the curing reaction;
- Final properties after curing depend on the specific curing conditions; it is recommended to conduct tests to determine the optimal curing parameters prior to use.
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging Specifications: 1kg and 25kg, customizable per user requirements.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment.
